ARCHERIF project is recruiting a post-doctoral fellow in Educational Engineering and Scientific Mediation for 2 years. The project funded by AMIDEX for 4 years (2024-28) aims to map the state of racism in French Higher Education and Research (HES) institutions and to design innovative educational resources to improve current antiracism policies and mechanisms. Furthermore, ARCHERIF aims to lay the foundations of a future anti-racism certification or charter for higher education institutions. The project is carried out within the Speech and Language Laboratory (LPL), a Joint Research Unit (UMR 7309) attached to the CNRS and Aix-Marseille University (AMU). The project team is assisted in this work by an International Advisory Board made up of specialists on issues of discrimination and inequality from European, American and African universities and research centers.
